Eaglehawkian Mark Ansaldi has been crowned Eaglehawk Citizen Of The Year after stunning spectators at Summernats.
His performance in the Burnout competition impressed not only judges at Summernats but judges of the Eaglehawk Australia Day committee.
A spokesperson for the committee said, "We've awarded Mark Eaglehawk Citizen Of The Year for his services to the automotive industry and the ancient art of the burnout because everyone loves a good burnout."
The ceremony will take place on Australia Day.
