Local on Minute 47 of Saying Goodbye in Driveway Finally Reaches Car

After nearly an hour of prolonged farewells, Denise Kowalski finally left their parents' place Sunday evening, sources confirmed.

The goodbye, which began immediately following dinner, saw Kowalski traverse approximately 2 metres of driveway while continuing to talk about how great it was to catch up with everyone.

"Thanks for dinner," Kowalski reportedly said for the seventh time at minute 31, while still standing near the car with keys jingling in hand.

Witnesses confirmed the evening included four separate instances in which Kowalski's hand reached for the car door handle, only to withdraw after additional remarks about the holiday they had booked to Queensland.

"I'll catch you next week," Kowalski said at minute 44, before spending the next three minutes discussing which day would work best.

At press time, Kowalski was backing out of the driveway at 5 kph while the rest of the family stood waving.
