30-Day Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them;
- In original packaging (where applicable);
- Free from damage, markings, or signs of wear.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
We do not offer returns or refunds on:
- Gift cards;
- Items marked as “final sale” or discounted items (unless faulty);
- Items not returned in original or acceptable condition.
How to Start a Return
To lodge a return or exchange request, contact us at mail @ bendigostandard.com (no spaces) with your order number and reason for return.
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Change-of-mind refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion.
Exchanges
We can exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective. For a change of mind, we generally offer a refund or store credit rather than exchanges.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
In such cases, we will cover all return postage and offer a repair, replacement, or refund — your choice.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
